The Poetry Trio has been performing in public since 1991, and first
performed at the Llandudno Festival in 1995.

This year's recital, "And the World Turned", is a programme of poetry
about romantic love -- from childhood crushes to the golden wedding.

Featured poems include John Betjeman's "A Subaltern's Love Song", W.H. Auden's "Lullaby", Wendy Cope's "The Orange" and "Bloody Men", and
Shakespeare's Sonnet 130.

Other featured poets include Fleur Adcock, Elizabeth Barrett Browning,
Michael Drayton, Philip Larkin, Edna St Vincent Millay, Gareth Owen,
Sheenagh Pugh, Christina Rossetti and Anne Stevenson.
